JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join GrowthSphere and create intuitive, engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with product, development and business teams to transform ideas into effective and visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities

Design user-friendly interfaces and digital experiences, conduct user research and usability analysis, create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, collaborate with product managers and developers, maintain design consistency across digital products, and continuously improve user experiences based on feedback and usability insights.

Requirements

5–10 years of UX/UI design experience, strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, experience with Figma or similar design tools, strong understanding of UX research and usability testing, ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes, knowledge of responsive design, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
