About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join CareFirst Hospital. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient health, administer treatments, and work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide direct and compassionate patient care, monitor vital signs and patient conditions, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintain accurate patient records, assist doctors during examinations and procedures, educate patients and their families about care plans, follow hospital safety and infection-control procedures, and respond appropriately to patient needs and emergencies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. Candidates should have 5–7 years of relevant nursing experience, valid nursing registration, strong knowledge of patient care procedures, medication administration and healthcare practices. Excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and compassionate patient-care skills are required.
