About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join Innovate Engineering. The ideal candidate will work on mechanical design, product development, engineering analysis, and manufacturing processes while collaborating with technical and production teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and modify mechanical designs, prepare engineering drawings and technical documentation, perform basic engineering calculations and analysis, assist with product development and testing, coordinate with manufacturing and production teams, identify and resolve technical issues, support quality improvement activities, and ensure designs meet required engineering standards and specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, basic knowledge of mechanical design principles, familiarity with engineering drawings and CAD software, good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
